Overall great experience. Dan called ahead, arrived on time, was able to quickly identify and fix the problem. Applied all available discounts to get us the best possible price and gave us his direct contact info if we have additional issues or questions. This is the 2nd time we've used TE and will use again in the future... they were able to make an appointment on the same day that we called!
