From my initial call to schedule an outlet and flourescent light repair to the service appointment, I could not be more pleased with the friendly and professional communication. On the day of my appointment, they called to let me know they had an electrician available earlier than my appointment if I wanted it. The electrician then called to let me know when he was going to be there. Justin and Jacob replaced my outlet and ended up converting my flourescents with LED. After inspection, they told me what was needed, gave me options on the lights, and also gave me some recommended work, that although didn't require immediate work, is something I should consider given the age of my electrical panel. They were not pushy at all and I plan to do the recommended work in the near future. As far as price, I felt it was reasonable for the work they did. Justin and Jacob are very polite and professional and won me over. I also like that they text you an appointment reminder a few days before and on the day of the appointment provides you with your electrician's name. Because of their great customer service, I will try their plumbing service as i also need to have some plumbing fixture work that I would like to have done.
