Performed fall home care on 10yr old amana unit, checked tstat, cycled to heat mode, unit started up, customer recently replaced filter, cleaned flame sensor, checked burners, igniter, inducer motor amps, inspected flu vent, checked blower wheel, slightly impacted, recommend cleaning, system has no flood protection, recommended wet switch, checked temp split, no gas or co detected, flushed condensation pump, upon flushing pump noticed water coming from bottom of pump, recommend replacing condensation pump, switched to ac mode, inspected outdoor unit, coil was cleaned last visit, as well as capacitor and contactor, checked pressures, temp split, recommend hard start to help with life of system, spoke with customer about indoor air quality such as uv lights, also recommended line hide for copper lines, went over all option with customer, chose to replace pump only, installed new condensation pump and wired in float switch, tested with water and also verified pump will shut unit off if n
