Replace sewage ejection pump, re run sewage ejection pump discharge line, replace and relocate and replace check valve and add a ball valve, replace water stop valves to toilets and vanity faucets in basement. Informed the homeowner of issues with the traps in the basement , the half bathroom has a u-trap and the full bathroom has an s-trap. The homeowner has declined further repairs at this time.
