During our visit, the customer mentioned he had a valve that was leaking. He brought me to the kitchen where he showed me the dishwasher shutoff valve. The customer mentioned Costco attempted to replace the dishwasher until they realized the valve would not shutoff. I gave the customer a few options for resolving the issue. An estimate was approved a repair to be completed. The kitchen faucet and the dishwasher received new isolation valves in the cabinet. The old multi turn valves were replaced new 1/4 turn compression valves. This repair was tested for leaks and functionality after completion. Thanks for choosing Te Certified!!
