Buzz installed our fence in 2018. We began to notice rusting issues in 2023. We called Buzz; they called the fencing material supplier. They agreed the warranty on material covered the issues. Between them we had all the problem parts replaced within 2 months and WITHOUT ANY PUSHBACK. Everyone was professional and helpful. Everyone was willing to be responsible, and no one tried to dodge responsibility. Extremely refreshing!
