I hired Buzz Fence through Home Depot to install an expensive SimTec fence along with some wrought iron. The sales and contract process went smoothly. The fence was installed March 25 by a friendly and cooperative crew, but they didn't finish the job. One panel was installed upside down and the caps on the wrought posts were not attached and the 1" pickets on the gates had no caps which leaves them open to moisture and corrosion. A survey of neighbor's wrought iron gates revealed that the post caps were spot welded and the 1" pickets were capped. I called Ron Lewis and the company about these problems. A crew showed up the next day and flipped the panel, but did nothing to fix the wrought iron fence problems. As of April 16 numerous calls to Ron and Buzz have gotten no response. Buzz is supposed to have a one year warranty on workmanship, but they don't seem to stand by that promise. Recommend you avoid Home Depot and Buzz for your fencing needs.
