I recently had Texas Best Fence and Patio replace several posts and numerous pickets as well as repair several sections of fence. The entire fence was then cleaned and stained. My initial meeting with Ali, the project manager, left me with a comfortable feeling about the upcoming project. Extremely knowledgeable concerning all aspects of the upcoming project, and very thorough in preparing the contract specifications, Ali got the project off to a great start. She is extremely lucid and succinct in both written and oral communication, leaving me with a complete understanding of the contract specifics. She kept me informed throughout the project of minor changes to timeline, as well as minor changes to job scope as work commenced. Ali is the quintessential project manager, and is truly an individual that any employer would be fortunate to have on staff. Andy, Sergio, Arron (Sergio’s son), and Will completed all aspects of the actual fence repair and staining. What a team! Extremely proficient in all aspects of the job, they were efficient, productive thorough in attention to detail, customer oriented and very friendly. My expectations are high, and I was not disappointed in the least. Will, the tech who performed the fence cleaning and staining will stand out in my memory of this project for a long, long, time. He is a head and shoulders performer who should be recognized for his performance. As a retired Nsvy Captain, I would have considered myself blessed and extremely fortunate to have had Will as a shipmate and crew member on any of my commands. Just a wonderful person in all aspects, he is a credit to his employer and is an individual that any organization wou be extremely fortunate to have as an employee. My honest and personal feeling is that the value added factor of spending 10 delightful hours with this great team made this project one of the best Investments I have ever made. THANK YOU!
