- Recently called store 1st time to schedule and never show to work and never inform that schedule was changed. Second time, reschedule and don't show up again and never communicate again. Third time, technician Showed up 15 mins before we left. they asked for roof access. they went out and never came back. Our team had to wait because we know they don't have a key. They never show up and never communicate. Very terrible communication and service. How did you left without getting it done. Since then, It has been a month and never get reschedule.
