Not sure what division this survey is for as Nelbud has too many. In regards to the the Kitchen Hood DIvision, appointments are not kept and the work is sloppy (kitchen hood cleanings) Fire Extinguisher Division as well ... appointments are not kept - very disappointing.

We are given a date to do ansul/extinguisher inspections and nobody shows up so then they are delayed 2 weeks and someone will show up then. This has happened for many many of our locations. It appears Nelbud is backed up.
