The service seems ok.. The constant up selling and identified issues is exhausting. Since Great Lakes was our prior vender was bought out by NELBUD I feel I need to find a new vender. Evidently every alarm system that Great Lakes allegedly serviced has what seems like thousands of dollars of deficiencies.

After annual fire alarm inspection the system went into supervisory alarm with the principal and myself getting alarm notifications. I called and asked that someone come back and clear it up. All night and morning we are still getting calls and the Air Handler is locked out, so half the building has zero AC.
