It is one thing to have your company tell us you will come out on a certain date but not show up until days later, it is another to have them arrive an hour early and begin working while the kitchen staff is trying to clean up. This can be dangerous as there are hose laying around in the kitchen when your guys come out but the biggest problem I find is that cleaning is almost never done in its entirety, things that were not dirty are dirty when Nelbud leaves the premises, i.e.. not only is the cleaning subpar, but we are left cleaning behind your staff. 12yr Hydrostatic Test Needed - Fire Extinguisher Code Deficiency: (6) 10# ABC During your most recent Fire Protection Inspection, our technicians noted that one or more of your Fire Extinguishers are due for a code-required hydrostatic test per: NFPA 10: 5.2: Dry chemical extinguishers every 12 years Disassemble extinguisher and discard old fire extinguishing agent. Inspect extinguisher cylinder for internal damage. Perform hydrostatic pressure test on cylinder. Replace all O-rings and valve stems. Upon successful hydrostatic pressure test, reassemble the extinguisher. Recharge the extinguisher with the new dry chemical extinguishing agent. Check for any leaks using leak detection agent.
