Following morning found ceiling grid and tile (8) then down. Have to bring in Electrician and ceiling repair to fix the issue. This type of damage or grease on the roof is becoming the norm.

Labor est is about 3x hours. Deficiency for 12: Exit light by back door and emergency lights by back door and cash register failed inspection and Need replaced Need 2 G2-301 emergency lights 1 G1-101 exit light
