Did not realize that our extinguishers and EXIT/ Emergency lights were past due for inspection, and we had an audit coming up. Nelbud Services scheduled a technician (Dylan) to come out and take care of our inspections for us. The report he gave us regarding the inspections and replacing of some batteries in the emergency lights was viewed by our auditor and they were impressed. Great service and thank you, Dylan!

I mistakenly forgot my keys to open the sprinkler room door for Randy to get in. He said, he could leave and do his other service calls and then return to take care of us. Not only did he come back and service our sprinkler system he also suggested we replace some sprinkler heads. there was some paint that could potentially affect the water pattern in case of an emergency. Always thorough and answers all my questions. Great service.

Alarm Systems Service Call alarm had gone off in the sprinkler room. He hit Alarm Silence, but the trouble light was still on. After resetting this it went back to Trouble Supervisory AR Gate Valves.
