Was called at 8:45 to let me know that the technician wasn’t coming. The technician was supposed to be to my place of business at 7am. So I paid my employee to come in early and almost 2 hours later Nelbud canceled and rescheduled. So I was forced to pay another employee to come in 2 hours early on another day. This cost me over $70 in expenses! This was not the 1st time this has occurred!
