Great service/poor job set up

I was ready to leave and the doorbell in the back rang. The 2 techs had keys that didn't open my door and an alarm code that didn't work for my store. I let them in to work and gave them permission to leave the alarm off all night (not a good feeling). Thank goodness you have 2 great techs who made sure my doors were shut and locked when I came in the next morning.
