Emergency / Exit Lights and Portable Extinguishers Inspection
Manual Pull Station Inoperable: Replacement Needed During the most recent inspection of the kitchen fire suppression system, the technician noted that the inoperable remote pull station that activates the Ansul fire suppression system is damaged and needs to be replaced. NFPA17A chapter 5- 5.2.1.7 All operating devices shall be designed, located, installed, or protected so that they are not subject to mechanical, environmental, or other conditions that could render them inoperative or cause inadvertent operation of the system. Nelbud proposes to replace the inoperable manual pull station to resolve this deficiency. The proposal below is all-inclusive and includes all parts and labor.
