We missed our cleaning 6 months ago because your company won't schedule in advance due to staffing (we understand that). Was scheduled for last night and we were cancelled for another customer, in the meantime the State Fire Marshal was in last week and wanted to see the paperwork for when you were supposed to be here last time that fell through the cracks.

Was supposed to be 8pm and they were half hour late. I had to pick up there gloves they used outside in the parking lot. They used my outside ladder which was chained up without asking. Worst part is I didnt know and found it propped up against our building from the night before. Like I stated could be better.

The two gentleman that came were still there at 7am when I arrived. My entire kitchen was still covered in plastic. I had to force them to rush because my morning was behind as I could have access to my kitchen until almost 8am. Both men had their shirts unbuttoned, and T shirts under. One had on flip flops. They left trash cans everywhere, a full mop bucket, and an overall mess upon leaving.

They do a great job cleaning, but seems they always send someone that hasn't been here prior and something always gets left halfway done when completed. None of the dampers were opened causing issues the next morning.

Grease trap cleaning. Pay for full evacuation, inspect baffles, T pipes, and drop tubes. This is not happening. Driver said 90% evacuation and clearly no inspection occurred. Failed City Inspection.
