3 hours late

Technicians showed up 3 hours late and made a big mess that we have been left to clean.

Not great service

Bottom oven was not touched, top oven had been worked on but far from clean, oven was not put back together correctly, floor was left a mess with puddles of dirty water everywhere. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for them anymore.
