Dietary employee arrived to work at 5am and upon entry of the Kitchen was overwhelmed with the smell of Natural Gas. The Service Technicians had forgotten to turn gas supply back on to the Steamer. they also forgot to relight the 10 pilot lights to stove after resupplying the gas. they also forgot to turn the Exhaust Fan back on which needs to run 24/7 to Exhaust Carbon monoxide from the Appliances that use Natural Gas. the appliances and floor had to be cleaned due to white film or dried up cleaning chemical splash. This is Very Unacceptable.
