He kept to himself. He done what he needed to get done and was very quiet in the process. He was no bother at all and the only thing negative I can say is he moved our fire extinguisher from one place to another with out telling us so we had to look. It wasn't far :)

Portable Extinguishers, Emergency / Exit Lights, and Kitchen Suppression Inspection By back door, kitchen 2: FP Annual FP Annual e lights Buckeye BFR-20 BFR-20 By back door: FP Semi Annual Inoperable Deficiency for Buckeye BFR-20 BFR-20 By back door: There is no gas shut off on system. There is no electrical shut off. Gauge has been hit and is loose and will rotate. Can not verify if tank has lost pressure or not. Will need 2” electric or mechanical gas valve and for micro switch to be wired to shut electric. Will need new gauge & recharge on BFR-20 tank. CAN NOT VERIFY IF TANK IS CHARGED AND WILL FUNCTION CORRECTLY!!!! Inoperable Deficiency: 2 exit lights are not emergency lights. Need replaced with 2-LED4B combo units.
