PAID FOR WORK NOT DONE

CHARGED $997 FOR A JOB THAT WAS ONLY HALF DONE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SAID THE VENT A HOOD HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME WHICH COULD HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE MOTOR MALFUNCTION. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK.

12yr Hydrostatic Test Past Due: (1) Ansul 3-Gallon System (2011 Manufacture Date) During your most recent Fire Protection Inspection, our technicians noted that one or more of your Fire Suppression Tanks are due for a hydrostatic test per: NFPA 17A: 7.5.1 The following parts of wet chemical extinguishing systems shall be subjected to hydrostatic pressure testing at intervals not exceeding 12 years: Wet Chemical Containers Auxiliary Pressure Containers Hose Assemblies Fire Suppression Tanks are required to be pressure tested using water or some other non-compressible fluid to help prevent unwanted failure or rupture of the cylinder.  NFPA 17A also requires the replacement of the cartridge used to expel suppression chemical hoses, o-rings, and burst discs.
