CHARGED $997 FOR A JOB THAT WAS ONLY HALF DONE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SAID THE VENT A HOOD HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN A VERY LONG TIME WHICH COULD HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE MOTOR MALFUNCTION. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK.
Great overall experience. He did what he needed in a timely manner without disrupting the flow of the kitchen opening process. Very professional.
They need to do the job the first time and not have to come back the 2nd time
