Jaymes replaced to old exit lights for us. The new ones are smaller then the old ones, so after replacing the first one in a room we just painted a few months ago, he asked if we had any of the paint left over. I got him the bucket of paint and a brush and he painted over the old paint. To me that is going beyond what he had to do.
