Every time NelBud has cleaned my oven, they have left my floors an absolute mess and leave chemical residue all over my oven and this time was no exception. Also there was still carbon left on my lower oven

Medal in broil had a lot of back splash. Also back to having brains clog up on broil because they are letting the grease go in the floor drains. 470 bill on Saturday morning ing because they clogged Friday after the cleaning. This needs to stop I would like to be credited on the amount of this drain bill.
