Terrible clean up.

Hoods were clean back splash of hood system not touched sidewalk which is city owned full of debris from exhaust clean up not happy

In a hurry. Didn’t clean.

I had old grease on the walls that they sprayed down and they didn’t clean them. Was in a hurry because the job took them longer than expected.

Both need updated from old pneumatic switches to micro switches to properly test electrical shut down. Also noticed no automatic gas shut off for both appliances. Will need to installed electrical or mechanical gas valve to correct issue .
