Did not hook up/broke the gas plunger, had to call a fryer repairman before we could open the next day. Ended up opening 2 hours late due to the technicians.

My appointment got pushed back a couple times in the process I got an inspection and filled it because they put my cleaning off and it hadn't been done before which wasn't your fault but you did push my appointment back twice and then when I came in and looked at it I was not wowed I definitely felt that the job could have been done better hopefully in the future I'll get a little better service and a lot better cleaning
