Great Service , however need additional information about hood cleanliness conditions found and previous inspection date. Also need explanation of what was discovered with hood duct disconnection and fan. Apparently two different inspector, Kenneth was to provide Hood , duct and Fan inspection and James provided inspection of Suppression system but did not provide conditions or date of previous inspection

EJ worked very efficiently for us and made everything look great. Really great service. Only question mark was him putting a sprayer above our soup pots. Our corporate will be paying so I am not sure what the price is.

Bug crawling in control head could cause electrical arc Deficiency: Detection line at control head by set screw is fraying badly and hard to get tight to re-arm system. Needs replaced asap!
