When cleaning our hoods they unplugged/tripped our meat cooler. The cooler was left unplugged for hours. Also left so debris on the flat top grill.

This is the second time that Nelbud was scheduled to clean the hood of my store (Panda Express Plainfield) and the hood is still full of grease, oil and looks like it has not even been cleaned. What is the point of scheduling a professional cleaning service if they cannot complete their job.

We had some covered sauces in our refrigerated saute line well, I understand they had to take them out to clean, but they left them out and I had to throwaway over 40lbs of sauce. Everything was left filthy, I understand there is some clean up after getting the hoods done, but this was ridiculous.
