I walked into my store this morning and was appalled at the mess that was left. At first I thought maybe my employees walked out last night but after further investigation I figured out it was the nelbud technicians that left a huge mess and left my store in disarray.

First time I have been happy with the service. It was actually clean and no mess when we came into work this morning.

unfortunately, not great service.

The service was scheduled at 8:45pm and they did not get here until much later around 11:20pm and then they did clean the hoods but all the items in the kitchen were not put back where they found them and the cook spent over 30 minutes the next morning putting things back in place. Not good customer service.

It is very badly greased up including inside the conduit causing a very slow trip. There are 6 link holders in the hood. I managed to free it up a little but still slow due to very sticky grease build up
