What should take 3 ish hours, takes 5-6. You asked that our people are ready for you when you arrive, but your people don't arrive on time or at all or lie about speaking to our management about our appointment. The cost is double what we have paid in the past. We shut down our business, which not only affects our people but more importantly, our guests
