As mentioned earlier, they unfortunately were late. Them being late wasn't much of an issue, but it seemed there was a lack of focus and hustle to get the job done. There seemed to be a lot of texting and standing. When they asked about drinks, we told them they were more than welcome to get the water that was available because we had already cleaned the soda machines for night. Unfortunately, they proceeded to spend close to 10 minutes turning on our equipment and using the soda machines. We don't mind the late nights, especially when a company is cleaning for us, but this was just a little upsetting and we wanted to make you aware of the situation.
