Great Job! Thank You!

Very clean no messes left behind. The only way I knew they wee here was, the hoods and vents looked amazingly clean and a few things were moved around. Otherwise I would have never knew they were here. Great Job! Would love to have this same team return again Thank You!

We have been using Nelbud for a while. Sometimes we get really great service. Other times we get incomplete. Last night was one of the incomplete ones.

Disappointed

Not very clean. Fire suppression service tech arrived 3 hours after cleaning completed and told us our hood system really needed to be cleaned. Also didn’t stamp our sticker with cleaning date. And they did it reconnect out equipment to gas lines or hood interlocking system. 2 cleanings that did not go well for this location

Hood is still not drawing out smoke as it should and a mess was left.

Unit 1501112 hood does not draw out smoke as it should. Once again a big mess was left with grease leaking or running down from hood.
