stainless steel wall was left dirty, kitchen floor and lobby floor was really greasy and the bathroom was left unsanitary

I don't feel like all three hoods in our building get cleaned regularly. Especially the one on the second floor in the up stairs kitchen. Also it seems like a lot of grease is still built up in the hood after the job is completed. We pull our vent hoods down and clean every other day and the flute seems to always be caked with grease even after visit.

interior of the building looks great. thank you for your detailed report with pictures and video. system looks great. i would have liked less standing grease on the roof. but with the poor quality of work previously done leaving excessive grease to clean up and the roof issues, i understand the limitations

Over all you guys are great. But you are also the most expensive company by far of any in town. And with that the exterior of the hoods should be cleaned and polished.
