One of our fans did not work after the service. We had the plant electrician direct wire it. The company who installed it is coming to take a look and see what the issue is. Not saying you did it, not saying you didn’t. I’ll know more later this week, I hope.

They only seemde to clean the interior of the filter and hood and did not wipe down all over. They also ussually clean gte light covers and did not.

The door was not pulled all the way and our opener came in to a door that was open all night!

This morning after the work was done last night, there is grease dripping from the main hood. The fire supression pipes have not been cleaned. the outside of the hood is very dirty. There is plastic still taped to the outside of the hood and a towel was left inside the front of the hood. What I imagine is run off from the cleaning process is on the counter and in the sink next to the hood. What I can't see is worrisome. Overall not very happy.

Jeremy was amazing. We discovered yesterday while checking records that we were way behind on our inspections, he came the very next day first thing in the morning. When he was finished, he took the time to train the team how to use the ansul system and the fire extinguishers in the event of a fire.

Could have been a lot more therough with cleaning of the back wall behind the equipment, after sprying the grease and dirt down from the roof to the flooring. THe grease rails were not properly cleaned as well.
