I hate to have to write this revview as we usually have great service. Our hood was cleaned last evening and the kitchen was left a mess. Water was all over the floors, the floor mats were saturated with water, floor squeegees were left out. It appeared that the guys did attempt to clean the floor but left the mess. The work tables and equipment were also covered in dirt and grime from the cleaning. This caused my staff extra work this morning before they could start meal prep.

The technician was early for the inspection. He was knowledgeable and polite. He also did not try to add unnecessary charges to the inspection.

The overall service looks good. Although the drip pans on both hoods were not emptied and the excess of water that my employees had to mop up was a bit much.
