After their work on my PCU unit, water leaked from the unit through my ceiling tiles all over the restaurant floor and service line. All of the ceiling tiles had to be replaced, and a deep clean of my restaurant had to be done before we could resume service

Your crew arrived on time but they didn't know how to start the job they took forever to clean the hood, they made a mess.They couldn't find the outside duct, and after a while they finally did but of course it was already dark. Three people - too much for a poor job. Only one of them did almost all the job.

The kitchen was left filthy, residue all over the stainless walls and doors. Oil left in a container over a handwash sink. Garbage and used black gloves left on the floor and in a can with no bag. The crew melted a garbage bag over the still-hot oven. Overall the worst service I've received in the almost three years we've been in business with Nelbud.
