We use nelbud at two locations. The crews came in overnight to clean hoods at both locations and left our floors, sinks, ovens, and back splash a mess. They even left a trash barrel full of grease in our office (roof access) The grease leaked through the barrel and all over our office floor. I've called the office twice to discuss, with no call back. It's been 2 days, still no contact.
