The hoods are clean and look good, however the team again rushed through and made a mess for us to clean up. They used way too much water that spilled under the counter and ran across the lobby floor, the floor under the hoods was only string mopped which left a grease film across the entire floor that we had to go behind and clean up.

The team seemed to do a good job on cleaning the hoods, but left the kitchens a mess. Floors were covered in grease and left filthy. They rushed through and missed 2 kitchens then had to quickly complete them in a hurry.
