I arrived an hour or so after the technician left. There was a large puddle of a brown liquid on the floor (grease with cleaning fluid?) You can see were it is dripping from the hood. I mopped it up but after a hour or so it was still dripping. Not good.

only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the couple of your inter CO. communication that caused a delay in scheduling or follow up to make sure the scheduling had occurred with me.
