Store Team Leader

It's come to my attention that a large metal access panel covering one of our hood exhausts (on the roof) is missing. It was discovered by our HVAC techs while working on the roof today.

Gaps in hoods

We've had issues in the past with the hood covers being put back in the wrong direction. This time they were facing the correct way, but they left gaps between some of them which is would qualify as a health dept violation.
