the techs that came are friendly and careful. I understand the this is a very hard and stinky job but they have a smile on their face. And do it right. The only thing is the scheduling. I know it's hard to get here with two techs but we need the trap pumped every quarterly. Hopefully things will get better and we can keep the pumping on schedule.

tech shows of for A 6 PM appointment 7:45 on something that takes hours to get done. sending one man to do a two man job when doing our pit that caused a bud spill. service after the spill was good and response cleaning up the spill was good. Ash in the office was very helpful.

Jorge the manager worked with me to find a mutually agreeable service date. The crew showed up on time and performed a double exhaust system cleaning and double waste trap cleaning in our kosher kitchens. They performed thowr cleaning tasks proprely and efficiently. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They mopped the floors and removed all waste from my facility at the end of the job.
