The techs sent did an excellent job cleaning the hoods in the kitchen, however they were not capable of completing the 2nd or 3rd service listed on the purchase order which includes a PM program for the Heat Recovery Units and the inspection and certification of the Gaylord Hood Wash/Fire Protection Cabinets stating that these items would be addressed by an additional team during an additional visit at a later date.
The work appears to be lacking effort and concern for customer satisfaction. Customer service is always nice and they do try to be accommodating however it cannot make up for the lackluster service that is provided. Repeat issues with falling short on cleaning have lead us to believe that it is more about getting our check and less about providing the service in which we are paying for.
