Our grill was full of water, grease drawers were overflowing with water causing greasy puddles all over the floor. Saute pans on shelf underneath the grill were full of water. They all had to be washed since we assume the water contained chemicals. Shelf underneath the bench that is 8 feet from the hood, full of water. He was done by 10:15, got here at 710. It used to take atleast five hours. He was completely done, out the door in less than 3.

the appointment was from 8am to 10 rep showed at 12 noon. smell from truck disturbed lunch. all services need to be done in the early am.thank you the man who came is very nice and friendly. he was just very late but i did not want to miss the appointment so i said to go forward with it.
