Hood cleaning, which includes rooftop fans.

The rooftop fans have considerable amount of grease on them, no inspection stickers. Roof top fans not completed since 2020. no customer follow-up as to why the the hoods in kitchen and cafeteria not completed in 2021. Field manager to contact me regarding previous cleanings and quality, never happened. After inspecting on Monday 7/11/22 at 6:00 am, small amounts of grease on light bulb globes and hoods. Poor customer follow-up, service lacking quality control, poor company communication.

Area was left dirty

Department staff had to clean the are prior to starting the am shift. Lots of soap residue left on the floor in the hood area.
