We require lead time to plan for Nelbud to perform services. They cancelled our appointment until a week later and then 1 hour before our personnel's quitting time wanted to reinstate the original gate and time. Our mechanic stayed over time 4 or 5 hours when a supervisor wanted to visit the site within 90 minutes after Nelbud's service tech was complete. Our mechanic was upset and refused to stay.
