We have never had an issue with the service until past Friday. My assistant manager came in to the walls covered in grease from the hoods and left the floors a mess!!! They always wipe our wall and clean the floors from their mess. Plus the guy kept coming in and asking how long, I specifically told him 10:30-10:40 and shows up at 9:30 asking if he can start..... I said please one hour and then showed up 20 minutes later. Not happy...
