Several bad experiences with poor job cleaning restaurant hood. Price point is very high so you would expect excellent work - but I’ve had much better cleaning at half the price.

Hood and duct were only partially cleaned. Job was rescheduled and nobody showed up or even bothered to call. Expensive hinge kit that was installed by Nelbud less than a year ago (and only used by them since) was noted as “bending and should be replaced.”
