No call no show, when the original job was supposed to be done. after I contacted Nelbud the next day about this issue, i was told it would be rescheduled. never heard back after that. 2 weeks later I had to reach out again to get the service rescheduled.
I am calling them today. Last night a technician turned out the pilots and proceeded to accidentally turning on the gas. The building filled with gas up to the 10th floor of a 23 story high rise. All the while he said he did not smell it. Very dangerous situation and inexcusable.
