Can not agree with that statement,hood filters cleaned at rear entrance outside, I now have a grease covered sidewalk and delivery and entrance door area covered in frozen filthy dirty greasey ice Hot water heating pressure washer is needed to resolve this Unacceptable Facility does not have a hot water heating pressure washer Understood it’s the weather Need to anticipate this Leaving this behind is unacceptable But that won’t clean that area or prevent anyone from getting severely injured Even after I salt and weather melts ice I still have a 50’ wide puddle of grease Can of grease and trash dumped in wrong dumpster Neighbor will have my ass for breakfast today And clean up was not as thorough as it could have been No attention to detail Puddles of grease and water left behind Not to mention techs needed to borrow cleaning equipment and use facilities mop and bucket Now mop head has to be replaced and bucket needs to be scrubbed to remove grease Absolutely unacceptable Hard to believe it’s a chargeable service If you are asked to come back Please try to improve the processe Have a nice day
