The first time we had the grease trap emptied the crew did a great job. Unfortunately, the last visit had me walking in the next morning to a slippery floor and clogged drain! I unclogged the drain by the dishwasher and it was saturated with grease. Then a couple days later I get a call about wanting to have the hoods cleaned on the account also? Maybe if we correct the grease trap issue, we can talk about the hoods.
